You are missing the href. Take a look at the example they gave you

<p>I think <a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org">freeCodeCamp</a> is great.</p>

Look at the directions again to see the link you need to use as the href

the href needs to go in here not in the line below. You might want to reset to fix any of the other code you might have changed that should not have been changed

According to the instruction, in the text of the p element, the words “cat photos” need to be turned into a link which I’ve done.

The problem is the 2nd part of the instruction where I need to set the href attribute to "https://freecatphotoapp.com
