This step is asking us to anchor the text cat photos to create a link.
It wants this done while the text remains within the p element statement.

Here is an example of how to do this.

Example Only:

<p>The bright <a href="provided url">orange paint</a> was visible to everybody.</p>

In this example, orange paint is turned into a link while remaining within the p element.
