Next time you create a post, please try describing your issue.

You have modified your code. Reset your code.
Then nest the text cat photos in an a element. Before the text cat photos add the a opening tag with an href with a value set to https://freecatphotoapp.com , then after the text cat photos add your a closing tag.
Do not add any additional text. Ensure that there is only one space in your a element, which is in-between the text cat and photos
