Next time you create a topic, try explaining your issue.

You have added cat photos as your href value. You href value should be https://freecatphotoapp.com . The text cat photos come inebetween the a element tags.
You can move the text cat photos out and use the instructed link as your href attribute. Then after the text cat photos you can add the a closing tag.
If you want you can reset it, then:
In your p element, directly before the text cat photos add your a element wit your href with a value of https://freecatphotoapp.com
Then directly after the text cat photos add your a closing tag.
Ensure that you have only 1 space in your a element, that is the one in-between the text cat and photos
Example: <p>I think <a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org">freeCodeCamp</a> is great.</p>
