I cant make an anchor in a paragraph even though it looks right and doesnt have blank spaces

Hi and welcome to the forum!
You should remove the extra whitespace inside your anchor and add it outside the anchor.
Also, you should have one p element so add your anchor to the first p element and remove the other.
