the thing is does anyone can help with point number 14? "Turn the image into a link by surrounding it with necessary element tags. Use `https://freecatphotoapp.com` as the anchor's `href` attribute value."

To make anything into a link you must put it between the opening and closing tags of an anchor tag.

So for eg the code below makes a link out of the two words “Click Me!”

<a href=“somelink”>Click Me!</a>

You can turn the img into a link the same way (place the anchor tag to the left and right of the img as in the example I just showed you)
