the entire question of step 14 is confusing, do i write and my errors do not change no matter how much i change the code

please click the reset button (it looks like an arrow turning) to get the code back to its initial state.

After that, add the target attribute to the anchor opening tag.
(you do this exactly the same way you added href attribute)
Make sure you give the target attribute a value of “_blank”
