I don’t know how to Add a target attribute with the value _blank to the anchor (a ) element’s opening tag, so that the link opens in a new tab.

as target is an attribute just like href is an attribute, you add it exactly the same way
That is, add the word target in the anchor’s opening tag (same as you would add href but it is called target and its value is “_blank”)
