attributes are always insert in open <>, nevermind order with other attributes

I don’t see that you added the target attribute with the value of _blank to the anchor element. What did you need help with?

The syntax should look like this:

<tag  attribute="value">[SOME TEXT HERE]</tag>

Add the ‘target’ attribute and its value into the opening <a> tag, before or after the ‘href’ attribute and its value:

<a href="url" attribute="value">two words</a>

‘target’ is the attribute,
“_blank” is the value.
