It does not appear that the step has been attempted.
A hint is attributes, no matter what the attribute is, are usually paired with a value, whatever the value may be.
It is important to place them within the code where they do not separate a different pair.
Example: < p attribute=“value” class=“value”> < / p >
In this example, you would replace the attribute with target and the value with _blank in the required element.
