To add the target attribute and its value “_blank” is the same as the href attribute and its value “http…”.

I suggest using the above code to see how the href and its value have been entered into the anchor.

The target attribute and its value “_blank” can be added at either the front behind the a element , or at the end of the opening anchor tag, after the href value. Make sure to leave a space so that it does not interfere with the other attribute and value.
