target is an attribute like href, it does need to follow the same pattern attribure="value"

Good attempt!

The target attribute and its value "_blank" should be entered like the following example.

Example Only:

<a attribute="value" other attributes and values already within the anchor>

Notice the = between the attribute and its value.  
Notice the attribute does not have any quotation marks around it.
