Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.
Also, the more you say, the more we can help!

I am really struggling with this step, tried it several times.

If you have a question about a specific challenge as it relates to your written code for that challenge and need some help, click the Ask for Help button located on the challenge (it looks like a question mark). This button only appears if you have tried to submit an answer at least three times.

The Ask for Help button will create a new topic with all code you have written and include a link to the challenge also. You will still be able to ask any questions in the post before submitting it to the forum.

Thank you.

After the href put this target="_blank"

Welcome to the community @duahdoris991 !

Notice how the href attribute and its value "https://freecatphotoapp.com"
have been added to the anchor.

The target attribute and its value "_blank" would be added the same way.

It can be added either between the opening a element and the href attribute, or after the href value.

Please assure to leave a space before it and any other attribute in the anchor?

Wishing you good progress!
