Attribute is “target” and the value is “_blank”

It works just like the “href” attribute and the value "https://freecatphotoapp.com", you add it in the exact same way. You can add it before or after the href

thank you I figured it out literally after i submitted now i am stuck on step 15 coding is like math always more steps…
