I don’t know how to turn the image into a link with the anchor tags, I am not figuring it out without adding a closing anchor.

you are missing the </a> closing anchor tag which should be on the right of the img element

Bro, the problem is a missing close <a> tag you should add </a> in line 9. This is a very common error, don’t worry and be more careful.
