Step 15 solve I cannot get where the mistake

Turn the image into a link by surrounding it with necessary element tags. Use https://freecatphotoapp.com as the anchor’s href attribute value.

I know what the instructions say. I don’t know what part of the instructions you don’t understand.

Do you know what an HTML element is?

Do you know what an img element is?

Do you know what an anchor element is?

You need a correct anchor element with a correct opening tag.

No I don’t ,but I try to understand through the process and I have seen documents online and web youtube, but unfortunately the session are not explained it in away of easily understandable. If you honest please send notes.
