The anchor element should be wrapped around the img element. Before img put <.
In the opening <a put the href attribute with the required value as stated in the instructions. At the momement the href and value are in the img element. They need to be in the opening anchor tag <a href = "text goes here".
You also need to close the img element by adding >.
