First, don’t change anything that is already there. You should probably reset the step to get the original HTML back.

Then, look at how you turned the words “cat photos” into a link:

<a target="_blank" href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos</a>

Do you see how you put an opening a tag before the words and a closing a tag after the words. This is how you turn anything into a link. So do the same to the img element.
