Turn the image into a link by surrounding it with necessary element tags. Use https://freecatphotoapp.com as the anchor’s href attribute value.

Just as you turned ‘cat photos’ into a link in a previous step, by enclosing it within anchor tags, you can turn your img element into a link by doing the same. Simply nest the whole img element inside a pair of anchor tags and then add the specified href attribute to the opening anchor tag.
