it says to: Turn the image into a link by surrounding it with necessary element tags. Use https://freecatphotoapp.com as the anchor’s href attribute value

Those are the instructions, yes. What about the instructions is confusing?

You have modified your code. You should add <a> opening tag before your existing <img> element and </a> closing anchor tag after <img> element. Without space
