I seem to be having difficulty adding a closing tag, not sure if this is in the right or wrong place but I have tried placing directly after the image behind ", I just can’t figure it out.

You have positioned the closing anchor tag correctly, but you also need to close off the img element with a closing angle bracket (>), directly before the closing anchor tag.
