its telling me h1 should not be nested under section I don’t know what that means someone pls help me, I’ve been stuck on this for 2hours

That means they didn’t want the section tags to enclose the h1 element.
Move the section starting tag to the line below the h1 element to not nest it anymore. (To nest something in something else is to place it inside something. Like nesting Russian dolls)
