help i dont know what this mean, I tried to delete the everyone loves and see more thingy but it dint work I don’t really know what removing comments mean

If you follow the link or go to lesson 4 of Learn HTML by building a cat photo app. You will see how comments are done. Usually by <!-- This is a comment-->. Now all you have to do is remove the <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos --> comment in Learn HTML by building a cat photo app at lesson 16.
