do you see this blank line after the h2 element? it is there to help you understand where to write the h3 element.

this is all you need to do in this step. I don’t know what your question is exactly… but if you’re referring to h2 and h3 then h2 is of more importance than h3. like you can cosider h3 as a subsection.
