I checked the challenge link provided and what you’re asked to do is not what you’re saying at all. Explain better .

As stated by @Otaku_Dev you have not provided the code for the correct step. This code is for Step 12.

For step 20, this is what you start with.

   <h2>Cat Lists</h2>
    <h3>Things cats love:</h3>

The assignment asks that you create an unordered list < ul> below the h3 element.
This is done the same as you did when you added the h3 below the h2 element.
Place the opening < ul> and closing < /ul> below the h3 element. It should remain empty for now.
