i havent been able to cross the stage:
even if av tried so hard, i still didnt get it, i still get this feedback " There should be an img element right after the closing </ul> tag.".

The img element is self-closing. This means that it should only be one tag.
You should start with an <img> tag and then add the required attributes (i.e. src and alt) inside this tag.

There is an other img element further up the page which you can refer to for the correct syntax.
