not getting step 27 right. where do i place the ol element?

Hmm maybe this explanation will help you:
<uo> is the element for unordered list

Your element is in the right place, just switch your <ul> tags to <ol> so that your list element is an ordered list and change your <ol> tags to <li> tags.
