I keep getting this error message while trying to complete step 31:

Your strong element should have an opening tag. Opening tags have this syntax: <elementName>.

I says I need to put emphasis on the word hate by wrapping it in a strong element. This is in the sentence cats hate other cats. What am i doing wrong?
