you need to ask more specific if you want ppl to replay, what is it going wrong?

sorry, to be so rude and make you wait so long I’ve been on vacation. My problem is that when I try and submit step 35 I get this answer " your form element should have an action attribute with the value https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo ." I have tried moving things around but I cannot seem to figure out how to correctly write it. Thank you so much!
