I need some help with step 38 have tried adding the type attribute but for some reasons its not working thx

Welcome to FCC, to add a attribute to a input its like this <input attribute="value"> also remember that input element is a self closing tag. Attribute is type and value is text, this means that only text can go into that input. If this helped i would appreciate a like or solution tick :smiley:
