The issue is this is my first time doing web design or coding in a really long time and I want to know how to get the right coding to make the link pop up it says that the “

” needs to be above the link or comment but i have no idea what that means exactly.

You don’t need to add p tags to the comment. The comment already has its own tags. It can stand by itself. So get rid of those extra p tags you added.
