I suggest using the User Editable Region as a example of how the comment should be entered.

As well, it should be above the p element.

It is currently below the p element.

Suggestion: Reset the step and enter the comment in the same way the User Editable Region comment is entered.
Enter the comment above the p element .
No other changes are necessary.
