  1. You should create an input element for your radio button. Check the syntax.
How to write an input element

The defines a single-line text field. The default width of the text field is 20 characters. Tip: Always add the tag for best accessibility practices! to make an input a radio button give it a type radio

  1. Your new input element should be above the existing input with type attribute set to text . You have them in the wrong order.
How to put them in the correct order

just put the input element with the type radio above the input element with the type text

  1. The text Indoor should be located directly to the right of your radio button. You have either omitted the text or have a typo.
How to locate your text to the right

after you input element with the type radio so it is a radio button, put the text Indoor dont forget a capital first letter (I)
