hello and welcome to fcc forum :slight_smile:

  • you dont have to create another “input” element for it

lets read from instructions

Add the type attribute with the value submit to the button to make it clear that it is a submit button

now look back at your attempt and simply “add” that “type” attribute to given “button” element itself, happy learning :slight_smile:
