Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 5

HTML5 has some elements that identify different content areas. These elements make your HTML easier to read and help with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and accessibility.

Identify the main section of this page by adding a <main> opening tag before the h1 element, and a </main> closing tag after the p element.

Welcome to FCC, To complete the main tag it has to have a open and a close, this is a open <main> and this one is a close </main>. Your open main tag should go above your <h1> tag and your main close should go under your last <p> tag. If this helps i would appreciate a like or the solution box ticked, happy coding :smiley: any more questions dont be afraid to ask.

Welcome to FFC forum. Add main opening tag above h1 element and Remove the p opening and closing tags and text around

</main>

Your code will pass.
