Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 50// Having trouble placing the fieldset element?

I’ve nested both radio/input buttons, yet it’s still telling me that there’s a problem with my code? Where should the fieldset element be placed if not above/below the radio/input buttons?

Your code so far

Hi there and welcome to our community!
There is nothing wrong with the positioning of your fieldset element.
However, your code isn’t passing because both of the closing label tags have the wrong syntax. Remember that closing tags always contain a forward slash.

Just closed off both of the inputs, and its still saying there’s an error in my code. Truly at a loss on this one right now. Although I do appreciate the insight!

You don’t need to close off the input elements (as they are self-closing elements which only contain an opening tag). You only need to close off the label elements correctly by using the correct syntax for their closing tags.

Never felt more braindead than just now. Thanks a million!
