So I did what they told me to add an another fieldset element directly below the current fieldset element.But it’s said its not good I keep retrying but it’s the same message

When it says to place another field set below the already existing fieldset. It means you have to place the fieldset below the already existing closing fieldset tag. It looks like you just added a new fieldset around the old one.
