You didn’t close the “label” tag in one of your lines, please check , also that would be great if you could mention what error will you see when you run your code.

The “legend” tag defines a caption for the “fieldset” element , I cannot see the whole code and it’s hard to help, I recommend opening a new topic for that , others can find it easier.
