Challenge: Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 55
Link to the challenge:
Look closely at the hint you are getting, especially the last sentence:
“Make sure there is a space between the two elements.”
This means there needs to be a space between the input
element and the label
element. Also, you need to get rid of the extra spaces in the label text. The label
should just be around the text “Loving”, not the text " Loving ". Do you see how in the second one there are spaces before and after Loving
? In general you do not want to add extra spaces like that. The tests usually don’t like it.
Finally, the label
needs a for
attribute.
Still the code isn’t passing.
This is what the hint says:
Hint:
The new label
element does not have a for
attribute. Check that there is a space after the opening tag’s name.
Does your label
have a for attribute?
If you need further help then you will need to paste your updated HTML in here so we can see what you did. To display your code in here you need to wrap it in triple back ticks. On a line by itself type three back ticks. Then on the first line below the three back ticks paste in your code. Then below your code on a new line type three more back ticks. The back tick on my keyboard is in the upper left just above the Tab key and below the Esc key.

<label>for="Loving"
This isn’t quite how you add a for
attribute. Look at some of the other labels you have added to see how it is done.
One thing to ask:
If I have any more queries and I want to reach you. So is there any source or medium to reach you?
You should just post your questions to this forum. There is almost always someone here that will be willing to help you.
