I’'m not sure what did i miss in this step. I followed instructions, but still didn’t get it right.

The instruction: " Add an id attribute with the value loving to the checkbox input."
You didn’t add the id=“loving” to the ‘input’ element, and also deleted the existing ‘type’ attribute’s value of “checkbox”:

<input type="smth" id="smth"> Loving

This is just guidance.
