Challenge: Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 56

Link to the challenge:

I have tried both things, but haven’t been successful, even the answers in the forum didn’t help - Can some one please help with this ? I tried many options such as -

            <input id="loving" type="checkbox">
            <label for="loving" Loving></label>

and

     <input id="loving" type="checkbox">
            <label for="loving"> Loving</label>

Thanks
Aashay

Welcome, @aashay.dhawal !

You have the third time it says the word loving accidentally within the triangular brackets in the first attempt. In the second, just mind your spaces. They tend to stop the test from passing.

Thanks for the quick response - I tried this -

            <input id="loving" type="checkbox">
            <label for="loving">Loving</label>

and got a similar error :frowning: Can you please tell me what’s the error here -
You will need to add a new label element in which to nest the text Loving . Make sure it has both an opening and closing tag.

Did you try clicking Restart Step then copy and paste my attempt?

Nothing is calling out to me. If that doesn’t work, maybe refresh the page? It could be an unrelated error.

Thanks, I just removed the fluff - commented out code and it worked like a charm :slight_smile: Thanks for the support. I was struggling here :slight_smile:

It is great that you solved the challenge, but instead of posting your full working solution, it is best to stay focused on answering the original poster’s question(s) and help guide them with hints and suggestions to solve their own issues with the challenge.

We are trying to cut back on the number of spoiler solutions found on the forum and instead focus on helping other campers with their questions and definitely not posting full working solutions.
