On the right side of your new checkbox, there should be label element with the text Lazy .
I already put a label, what am I doing wrong?

There, you have the attribute name written twice, and the starting tag <label> is misspelled.

<input id="lazy" type="checkbox" name="personality" id="lazy" name="lazy" <label for="Lazy">Lazy</label>

The second input suffers of duplication name, as well, but different value, and the input starting tag is not closed.
