it still didnt work out

We need to see your code.

This is the starting code:

<input id="loving" type="checkbox" name="personality"> <label for="loving">Loving</label>
<input id="lazy" type="checkbox" name="personality"> <label for="lazy">Lazy</label>
<input id="energetic" type="checkbox" name="personality"> <label for="energetic"> Energetic</label>

Use the same value as the id for the value attribute you should be adding to all three checkbox elements.

Example:

<input id="yes" type="checkbox" name="agreement" value="yes"> <label for="yes">Yes, I agree</label>
