Hi! In this step, I am supposed to make the first ratio button checked. I added the words checked after the value attribute “indoor” but the code still isn’t working

I’m not sure what other information to add. I feel like this should be easy as the instructions are so straight forward but can’t figure out where else to possibly put it.

The instruction: “Make the first radio button and the first checkbox selected by default.”

You did well for the first ‘radio’ button, but where is the required attribute for the first ‘checkbox’.

would the attribute (“checkbox”) not come directly after the value attribute in the input statement?

This is the first ‘checkbox’ in your code:

<input id="loving" type="checkbox" name="personality" value="loving"> <label for="loving">Loving</label>

Add the ‘checked’ into it.
