Be sure to read the hints closely as it is telling you exactly what is wrong:

“Hint: Your anchor (a) element should have an href attribute with the value https://www.freecodecamp.org.”

Compare the URL the hint is asking you to use with the URL you are using. I think you will see that they are not exactly the same. I would recommend you copy/paste from the instructions if possible in order to avoid these types of errors.

Also, you’ve removed the space after the dash. Spacing is very important and should remain the same or the tests may fail.

Okay I just tried it, and it is not working :melting_face:

i got it
as it is a text editor and every single space is important because it’s an AI
after copying the link from question as @bbsmooth said
you should put a space before the (a) opening tag
and voila :blush:

To display your code in here you need to wrap it in triple back ticks. On a line by itself type three back ticks. Then on the first line below the three back ticks paste in your code. Then below your code on a new line type three more back ticks. The back tick on my keyboard is in the upper left just above the Tab key and below the Esc key.
