You should add the checked attribute to your first checkbox as well.

So you have input elements with the type attribute equal to checkbox right? find the first one and add the checked attribute to that as well. The instructions tell you to add the checked attribute to the first radio button and checkbox. You have done that for the radio button. go for the checkbox.
