Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 64

Tell us what’s happening:

Describe your issue in detail here.

I can’t for the life of me understand why this is not right. It says the only p element that should be visible on the page is no copyright - freecodecamp.org and that’s what is visible. I’ve clicked the anchor link and preview says it works. The hint error is telling me to look at spelling mistakes or grouping mistakes on the p and a elements but I’ve tried numerous configurations of case sensitive and there isn’t any spaces or spelling mistakes I can see.

Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.
Also, the more you say, the more we can help!

I wrote a essay on the page

Welcome to the forum @swizz_ar

I editited your code for readability.

Just a few typos.

  1. place a single space after the hyphen
  2. close the opening anchor tag using an angled bracket
  3. place the closing angled tag between the link text and the closing p tag

Happy coding

where is the problem ?

For copy past your modified code here, you need three ``` back ticks before and after your code in a separate line. Then we can see your current code.

@Dumbuldoras

thanks, i will use this in the future

Example

<p>some text <a target="_blank" href="link">required text</a></p>

@Dumbuldoras

<p>No Copyright-<a target="_blank" href="https://www.freecodecamp.org">freeCodeCamp.org</a></p>
i do the same but its not working…

Give a space after dash - and before opening anchor tag, and target attribute and value is didn’t required for this challenge remove it.
@Dumbuldoras

<p> No Copyright- <a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org">freeCodeCamp.org</a></p> still not working

Now you need to remove space after p opening tag and before No Copyright.
@Dumbuldoras

yeah i do it now but still not working… how i can send all code’s here ? like that in the beginng of this post

Select all and copy your code, then paste it here. And add three back ticks ``` before and after your code in a separate line above and below of your code.
