If you reset the step and look at the preview part of the step you will notice that the last line on the page is just plain text which is:

What they’re asking you to do is to turn the last word in this line into a link
(similar to step 12 of the cat photo app when you had to turn the phrase cat photos into a link)
Please review how anchor tags are made as your try was not syntactically correct.
