Challenge: Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 64

Link to the challenge:

When you created the “cat photos” link, where is the text “cat photos” in the a element?

<a target="_blank" href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos</a>

You would do the same thing to turn the text freecodecamp.org into a link.

still same issue, can u pls type in how it should look like

What do you mean by “still the same issue”? Did you make any changes? If so you need to paste your updated code in here so we can see what you tried.

To display your code in here you need to wrap it in triple back ticks. On a line by itself type three back ticks. Then on the first line below the three back ticks paste in your code. Then below your code on a new line type three more back ticks. The back tick on my keyboard is in the upper left just above the Tab key and below the Esc key. You may also be able to use Ctrl+e to automatically give you the triple back ticks while you are typing in the this editor and the cursor is on a line by itself. Alternatively, with the cursor on a line by itself, you can use the </> button above the editor to add the triple back ticks.

 <p> <a target="_blank" href="https://www.freecodecamp.org">No Copyright-freecodecamp.org</a></p>

You didn’t quite paste it in here correctly. You need to use backticks, not forward slashes.

But I think I can tell what your problem is with what you gave me. You only want to turn the text freecodecample.org into a link. You turned all of the text into a link.

how can i turn only the text to a link instead all

No Copyright-freeCodeCamp.org

By only wrapping the text you want to be a link in opening and closing a tags. Look at how you created the “cat photos” link early in the course.

I’ve edited your code for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').

  <p><a href ="https//www.freecodecamp.org.">No Copyright-freeCodeCamp.org</a>
        </p>
is this how the code will look like

You tell me. The instructions only want the text freeCodeCamp.org to be in the link. Do you only have freeCodeCamp.org in the link? Or do you have other text in the link as well?
