You only need add label element without text. You should wrap it around fieldset element. Make sure your label element is all inside fieldset element

I have added an empty label but still reading the same error… I added it at first line after the form action.

Show me your latest code.

Because you don’t need the extra fieldset element for each of your label.
I think that is what caught you

add total of four inside here.

Again, you dont need the text of email and password.
Only LABEL and EMPTY
